Shipments

Orders are shipped by Berto's, Treviso, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.

National Shipments

Shipping is free throughout the national territory.
Shipments to Italy, San Marino, and Vatican City are handled by UPS courier. Delivery times are estimated at 24/48 hours from the shipping date.

International Shipments

Shipments are handled by UPS courier. Delivery times for Europe are estimated at 2-5 days from the shipping date; for the rest of the world, 3-5 days from the shipping date.

Shipping costs vary by zone:

• Eurozone Europe: €15. Free shipping for purchases over €250
  
• Non-Eurozone Europe, Turkey and North America: €30. Free shipping for purchases over €500
• Rest of the world: €50. Free shipping for purchases over €750
  

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) - Customs duties for shipments outside the Eurozone
Orders shipped outside the Eurozone are exempt from VAT but may be subject to customs duties and other local import taxes. Payment of these import duties is the responsibility of the customer.
