Prices and Currency
The prices published on the website, payments, and order invoices are in Euros.
To help customers approximate the Euro value in their local currency, our website provides a currency converter. The amount charged to your credit card or PayPal account may vary due to fluctuating exchange rates and bank charges.
Berto's advises customers to contact their bank for detailed information on exchange rates and bank charges related to their transaction.

Order Status
You can check the progress of your orders directly online by accessing the reserved area and entering the ORDERS section.
We would like to remind our customers that once confirmed and processed, orders for items already available cannot be modified. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.

Promotional Codes
Customers who subscribe to Berto's newsletter will receive updates on promotions and promotional codes that can be entered into the shopping cart during the purchase process. Each code has a start and end validity date, and this time limit cannot be extended in any way. Promotional codes can be used in conjunction with coupons and vouchers issued for open credits.
